Basic System Functionality
Administration - User security and access control
  • Branch Head (Admin) will manage users and their access control (role based) for the location
  • Permission based on the list of locations / clients he handles.
  • User can operate clients from multiple locations
  • User can work on both NSDL, CDSL at the same time using a single login
Client Account Opening
  • User can suspend an account at D MATrix without changing the status at CDAS / DPM incase of any default in payment.
  • Related clients can be grouped for reports
Instructions Entry
  • Clients can take service from any location or can be restricted to some specific location.
  • User can mark instruction as late instruction, rejected instruction at the time of instruction entry
  • Signature pop up & configurable custom messages can be shown at the time of instruction entry
  • Multiple users can punch instructions against a slip at a time in case annexure attached with that slip
  • Instruction receipt date & time along with entry date time is also captured in the system
  • Instructions entered are verified and released only by authorized person, 3 level workflow can be implemented
